Unlock token allocations to participate in IDOs on launchpad.

Gain Access to Tokens Launches

Access to token launches is unlocked by holding the $IDP token and/or certain IDO Pass DAO NFTs. Anyone with $IDP tokens or IDO Pass DAO NFTs can verify their token allocation and funding round status by registering their wallet on the IPD PAD Dashboard.

There are five rounds with six allocation tiers:

1. Seed Round Allocation - Tier 6 will conduct their transactions.

2. Private Round Allocation - Tier 5 will conduct their transactions.

3. Guaranteed Allocation Round - Tier 3 and 4 and guaranteed allocations.

4. Lottery-Based Allocation Round - Tier 1 and 2 will conduct their transactions.

5. Public Round - Any remaining tokens (first-come-first-serve)

The Lottery-Based Allocation Round will also permit all vaulted NFT* and $IDP* holders a chance to buy before the remainder of the IDO goes to the Public Round. *minimum of 1 Founders or 5 Members passes required *minimum of 25K $IDP required

In the Public Round, any remaining tokens from the previous rounds will be available in a first-come-first-served manner.

There are only three ways to gain access to the IDOs on IPD PAD:

1. Vaulting a quantity of $IDP Token on IPD PAD

2. Hold qualifying IDO Pass DAO NFTs, which grant $IDP equivalent credits.

3. Stacking: Hold $IDP Token and IDO Pass DAO NFTs together

• Tier 6: 1,500,000 $IDP - Seed Round with allocation is capped at $10,000 USD

• Tier 5: 700,000 $IDP - Private Round with allocation is capped at $2,500 USD

• Tier 4: 300,000 $IDP Guaranteed Allocation Round is capped at $1,250 USD

• Tier 3: 150,000 $IDP Guaranteed Allocation Round is capped at $600 USD

• Tier 2: 50,000 $IDP Lottery-Based Allocation of up to $200 USD

• Tier 1: 25,000 $IDP Lottery-Based Allocation of up to 75 USD

The guaranteed token allocation for Tier 3 through 6 will be unique to each IDO, as the dashboard will consider the number of registered participants within each tier.

In accordance with the Tier Allocation Table, Members Pass, Founders Pass, Voodoo Booster Passes, and $IDP can be stacked to move from Tiers 1 through 6.

$IDP and qualifying NFTs can be stacked together in any combination.

Obtaining $IDP

$IDP token can be obtained in three ways:

• Secondary Markets: $IDP can be accessed on the IPD PAD Dashboard via IPD SWAP, our secondary markets aggregator. We are able to offer this through our integration with Dex Hunter, an Integration Partner; you will need ADA and a compatible wallet to purchase $IDP from secondary markets.

• Vaulting IDO Pass NFTs: Engage with the IDO Pass DAO Digital Delegation Platform to receive $IDP Rewards; participation is noncustodial.

• Community Participation: We are a DAO, and active members can receive rewards of $IDP directly within Discord via our Tip Bot. $IDP can also be earned through bounty completion, where members with DAO-needed skills conduct the business of the DAO.

• TBA: We have two new ways to earn $IDP in line with our strategic Wallet Count and LP Incentivization initiatives. These programs will run for a limited time and are expected to be live in mid-December 2023.
